A. Step 1: Login to the MyJthreads.com site Step 2: Click on "My Account" Step 3: Click on "Track Package" Step 4: Copy\Paste your tracking # on the UPS website

Q. How do I know what the shipping charges are?
A. Shipping charges will appear on your invoice after the order ships. You may view invoices online by: Step 1: Login to the MyJthreads.com site Step 2: Click on "My Account" Step 3: Click on "Online Order Status" Step 4: Click on the Barco Order # next to your PO Step 5: Click on the "Invoice" number

Q. Will you charge sales tax on my order?
A. Yes. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped. Barco Uniforms obtains sales tax rates from a leading tax rate service provider.

Q. How do I find what I am looking for?
A. Navigate thru the website using the categories. If you need assistance, please call 1-888-624- 2090. Please have your store # id and password available.

Q. Where can I find how to care for a garment?

Q. How do I know what size to order?

Q. How long does it take for an order ship?
A. Barco typically processes orders within 24-48 hours.

Q. What happens if a garment is on back order?
A. Back ordered item(s) are NOT automatically cancelled. Back orders are generally filled within two weeks from order date. Back ordered item(s) will ship once they arrive. If you would like to cancel a back ordered item(s) Please contact barco for assistance.

Q. How will I know my order has been received?
A. You can view online order status using the procedure below: Step 1: Login to the MyJthreads.com site Step 2: Click on "My Account" Step 3: Click on "Online Order Status"

Q. How will I receive my merchandise?
A. Barco ships orders using UPS.
